About RZB Raiffeisen Zentralbank (RZB) is an international bank based in Austria with a presence in over 17 countries worldwide. As
Austria's most powerful banking group, its interests are in commercial, retail and investment banking.
RZB initiated a change programme designed to improve and update its banking technology, systems and processes as part of a major 40 million euro modernisation. The
programme included 2,300 offices and 17 international subsidiary banks.
The Approach RZB engaged AMTEC to set up a central project management office in Austria to manage the rollout across a network of
European banks.
Technical expertise from AMTEC enabled implementation of the new banking system, and change management specialists provided advice on process transformation,
communication and training strategy.
RZB was recently awarded 'Best Foreign Bank in Russia' for the second year in succession.
