• County Council - Management of all aspects of the successful outsourcing of the recruitment function, a programme that made a significant contribution to the Council's efficiency target.
• Hampshire Councils - Development of a business model for sharing valuable internal resource and joint procurement of external support by working individually and collectively with 14 local planning authorities.
• Kirklees Council - Support for the planning and delivery of a project to relocate the data centre to a new green IT, lights out operation, which delivered efficiency savings and reduced the Council's carbon footprint.
• Large County Council - Ongoing advice and assurance throughout the procurement and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP), which transformed the Council's traditional ways of working.
• Leeds PCT and Leeds City Council - Support for the Council and its PCT partner with the development of a joint strategic needs assessment and a model for delivery through partnership working.
• London Borough of Bromley - Programme and project management for an ongoing e-Procurement programme, including the associated business process re-engineering and a system options appraisal.
• Peterborough City Council - Support for a wide-ranging transformation programme, which delivered significant cashable savings based on a robust process for realising benefits and maximising value.
• SEEDA - Strategic review and improvement of information and knowledge management, including: process improvement, information security, compliance and optimum use of information to support the business.
• West Northamptonshire Development Corporation - Delivery of a strategic planning framework and a knowledge management strategy to improve evidence led decision making across the organisation.
