Throughout its history,
AMTEC has demonstrated caring and giving principles at the heart of its business
practices. As we have grown, our values have matured into a Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) policy which reflects our attitudes and beliefs. Donations
are reviewed on an annual basis, with significant sponsorship to one charity,
complemented by a number of smaller charity events.
Cleaford Christian Trust
We support the work of the Cleaford Christian
Trust, a Farnham-based charity that provides support to projects in
Romania, including a children's hospital in Brasov. AMTEC has donated new
computer equipment and mobile phones to the Trust.Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
The Phyllis Tuckwell
Hospice, local to our Head Office in Farnham, offers specialist
palliative care in a compassionate and friendly environment. Our employees raise
money for the charity through various means including raffles, book swaps,
dress-up days, dress-down days and staff donations. As a company, we also
support the Hospice diary and Christmas cards.

- Blue Peter Shoebiz Appeal - The collection of shoes for Blue Peter, which results in clean water and education materials for children in Africa.
- The Surrey Ambulance Trust - health and safety education for local school children.
- Challenge Adventure Charities - a gruelling 4 day bike ride in France.
- Depaul Trust - our team produced a full Christmas dinner, decorations and presents at a London Hostel.
