AMTEC Consulting has concluded a Framework Agreement with HM Revenue and
Customs (HMRC) to supply Leadership and Change Management Consultancy for the
next four years.
HMRC was created in 2005 by bringing together the functions of HM Customs and
Excise and the Inland Revenue. It employs approximately 100,000 people, about a
fifth of the entire Civil Service, across more than 300 locations and some 900
offices.
HMRC awarded the Framework Agreement based on technical ability, experience,
quality of service and price. HMRC is able to call off services for suitably
experienced and qualified personnel who are leaders in the field of leadership
and change Management. These specialists will be required to work at a senior
level within HMRC on leadership management projects and at all levels on change
management projects.
