As a strategic partner of Peterborough City
Council, AMTEC Consulting is to attend a unique conference which will
showcase how the Council has transformed its service delivery and realised the
benefits.
The one-day conference and exhibition is expected to attract transformation
and business improvement directors within local authorities, as well as service
heads and procurement/finance managers. Hosted by Public Sector Forums, Business Transformation: Unlocking the Cash will take place on
Wednesday 4th February 2009 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham.
Speakers from Peterborough City Council and from other local authorities will
describe the approach, methodology and tools used to support their business
transformations.
AMTEC was appointed by Peterborough to create, drive and deliver the
wide-ranging transformation programme, which delivered cashable savings in
excess of GBP10.7m in its first two years.
