AMTEC Consulting will join experts from all areas of the public sector to share their knowledge and experience at next week's Operational Efficiency event, which takes place on Wednesday 27th January at the QEII Conference Centre, London.
The Operational Efficiency Programme report challenges all public sector professionals involved in back office operations and IT to achieve efficiencies of over GBP7 billion within 3 years, starting from a 2007-08 baseline of GBP34 billion. The crisis in public sector finances only adds urgency to these plans, which target back-office functions such as ICT, finance, procurement, human resources and estates management.
Supported by the Cabinet Office and sponsored by Buying Solutions, the efficiency conference aims to address the specific interests of both senior strategists and operational/implementation specialists.
